B-elec Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to contact us. We collect as little as we need to quote and do electrical work — not a marketing database.

What we collect (and what we don’t)

If you call or email us, we only see what you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, suburb, and a description of the job.

We do not ask for payment details, date of birth, or ID on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give a quote
To schedule work you have asked us to do
To keep job records we are required to keep (licensing, invoicing, safety)

We do not sell your information. We do not use website enquiries for bulk marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries you send by phone or email go only to us so we can quote and book the job. They are not a public mailing list and we do not sell them. This website does not keep a customer database of its own.

Hosting the site may produce standard server logs (for example an IP address and the page requested) used to keep the site running — not to profile you.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we actually receive are kept only as long as needed to quote, do the job, and meet accounting or electrical-work record requirements. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
